I’m taking an apartment by a young and active businessman on lease. He is now living and working abroad. He has rather democratic views: e.g. he doesn’t mind the cat living in the apartment. But, at his departure he promised that he would keep a thorough check on utilities payment.

In this situation, Orendar is really helpful. Each month, I send through the app photos of meters and paid bills with the date and time marks, when these photos were made. Sometimes, the owner sends a request by himself and asks to make a photo of any room or engineering rooms. We are comfortable to communicate using the application even across the ocean

As you well know, apartment owners unwillingly rent out a residence to families with kids, and we are this very young family. However, we get lucky and have been taking an apartment on lease for several months. The first time the owner worried that our fidgety son would paint wallpapers and certainly smash something when running all around the apartment, and he was coming quite often and with no notice to make sure that we handled his property good. There were times when such visit was extremely improper, especially when someone of us was sick. So, our life has changed since we found out about Orendar app, and we induced the owner to use it so that we can send him a photo report of apartment condition at any time he needs, as we don’t need to change our plans and wait for the owner to come, as we, upon receiving his request, could send him photos of rooms, furniture or paid bills. Firstly, the owner doubted in the efficiency of such an “apartment inspection”, but later he assured that there was no need to constantly agree upon our plans as for visits, and spend time and money for trips. I recommend Orendar app to those who take accommodation on lease, because by having it you’ll get peace and quiet.

It’s not a common thing to find in Play Store recommendation list something really worth attention. This time it was Orendar.

I have been holding an apartment on lease for already several years, but due to lack of time I need to communicate with tenants remotely. Usually, I trust people, but private property is the private property, and I wouldn’t want to come and see ruins instead of home…

It’s a pretty interesting idea and quite good implementation of the app. If the developer is anything to go by, the app’s functionality will be enhanced and this is worth attention! Currently, the app solves problems with constant visits and meetings with tenants. Even more so, during the pandemic. Just sent a request and received a photo. Pretty fast and easy. Recommend to all my friends who deal with lease. I hope that the developer will add more different “features” and will be able to surprise! Thanks for app. You’re moving in the right direction!
